Antique Louis XVI Neapolitan bedside table in exotic precious woods with marble top. The front is characterised by two drawers highlighted by a beautiful geometrically patterned woodwork. The sides have the same layout as the front. The two choked pyramid feet are connected by a mixtilinear base and end with a contemporary gilded bronze escutcheon. The interior and back are in poplar wood typical of the Neapolitan cabinet-making tradition. Restored by our master craftsmen using the traditional handmade shellac and alcohol method. Provenance: 18th century Naples.
