This 'Progetti' model armchair was designed by Italian designer Umberto Asnago and produced in the 1970s by the Italian company Giorgetti. The frame of the armchair is made of black varnished wood and the end of the armrests is walnut finished with varnish. The wooden elements are in good condition, with defects visible in the photos. The seat and back of the armchair have been upholstered with a beige fabric composed of a mixture of linen, cotton and viscose, reminiscent in texture of the materials originally used in the 1960s. On the underside of the armchair is the manufacturer's signature.
