Poltrona Frau. 2 Beautiful and elegant HYDRA Castor armchairs in hammered blue leather design: Luca Scacchetti Upholstery in very soft blue grained leather, with chrome details. The Hydra Castor armchair by Poltrona Frau is part of the Hydra family and is able to perfectly blend the beauty of leather and steel combined with each other and the result is a simple but highly effective, aesthetic product. The project was born from a 1992 drawing by Luca Scacchetti (1952-2015) of absolute formal and conceptual cleanliness. It is made up of linear and clear structural elements, such as the extruded aluminum supports, capable of giving visual lightness and great solidity at the same time. Elegance and manufacturing details are the key concepts to describe the splendid seat by Poltrona Frau, composed of a single element. The seat cushions have a 9-module division with Capitonnè workmanship. High refinement thanks to the delicate visible stitching on the padded polyurethane foam of various densities and polyester wadding, which enhance and describe the silhouette of this beautiful armchair, but above all highlight the extraordinary craftsmanship of the Pelle Frau leather upholstery of the Color System. Leather manufactured directly in the company. The adjustable feet are in chromed metal, as is the central goblet-shaped insert. Price of the pair new 10,500 euros.
