Glass and brass centerpiece attributed to Max enlargement for Fontana Arte, datable to the 1950s. The object is made of glass often dying water -green, handmade, with faceted edges and concave base. The arched handle, elegantly curved, is in full brass with satin finish, fixed to the tank via two interlocking brackets that give solidity and formal continuity to the piece. The balanced proportions and the refined combination of materials make it a perfect example of Italian modernist design. The attribution to Max Enlarge was made on the basis of the executive quality, drawing and materials used, but at the moment we do not have publications to support. The conditions are very good, with a slight patina on the metal and minimal signs compatible with age. Measures: 32 × 16 cm, total height 13 cm.
