Elegant geometric -style wall applique, dating back to Italy of the 70s. The structure is based on a square base (30 x 30 cm) with a depth of 15 cm, and is equipped with four internal light points. The design has a composition with white opal glass, divided into geometric panels framed by glossy golden metal. The effect is decorative and refined, with a reference to art deco for symmetry and the use of precious materials. The opal glass used - also known as the lattimo glass - is characterized by a dairy finish, obtained thanks to the addition of opacifying substances (such as sodium phosphate, tin oxide, etc.). This type of glass was developed for the first time in Murano in the 16th century and stands out for its delicate shades and the ability to spread the light in a soft and uniform way.
