Item description

Rare and large carpenter's bench with four vices and central drawer from a historic workshop in the Design District of Milan. This early 20th century carpenter's bench is made of solid beech wood, with wooden vises with screw bars and iron handles. It comes from a historic carpentry shop located in the renowned design district on the outskirts of Milan, and was used in several exhibitions and installations of the Milan Design Week. All parts of the table are original and fully functional. The table top has been carefully cleaned of any glue residue and shows only the natural signs of age and wear, without woodworms. Perfect as a large dining, office or display table, it is a fascinating and unique piece of furniture. This table is not only a high-quality piece of furniture, but also a historical testimony to the craftsmanship typical of Italian interior carpentry. Free collection.
