A rare, collectible SS Meissen ceramic vase, type 1107/8, made in Germany in the 1960s. This classic, spherical vase with a slightly flared neck is covered with a striking, hand-applied crystalline drip glaze. The upper section of the vessel, in honey-brown tones, subtly transitions to the lower, light yellow area, creating a unique effect of dripping glaze. The products of Steingutfabrik Meissen (SS Meissen) from this period are valued for their high-quality craftsmanship and innovative glazes, exemplifying post-war German modernist design.
