Elegant Italian artistic ceramic vase, produced between 1970 and 1975 by the Finzi manufactory, as indicated by the original label “Finzi – Made in Italy – Oro Zecchino” applied to the underside. The vase features a slender and harmonious profile, with a slightly tapered cylindrical body and a tall neck ending in a delicately flared rim. This formal solution lends the piece a strong sense of verticality and balanced proportions. The exterior surface is enriched by an elaborate decorative scheme set against a deep green ground, over which unfolds a refined ornamental motif of naturalistic and figurative inspiration, executed in contrasting dark tones. The continuous, enveloping design reflects a cultivated decorative sensibility characteristic of Italian artistic production of the second half of the 20th century, marked by a thoughtful synthesis of tradition and modernity. Particularly noteworthy is the interior finish, executed in fine gold leaf and visible at the rim: a distinctive detail that enhances the object and underscores its high level of craftsmanship.
