Italian console from the early 20th century. Furniture in finely gilded and carved wood with anthropomorphic and zoomorphic figures and floral decorations in antique style of great quality. Living room console equipped with a non-original wooden top, replaced over time, faux marble lacquered, of good size and service. Side uprights adorned with large winged cherubs. In the center we find the face of a putto in relief and in the lower part, at the junction of the legs, a large figure of a winged dragon.
Cabinet that housed a built-in mirror in the back (see photo) now missing. Console supported by four solid legs, onion-shaped front feet with upper curl decoration. High-impact piece of furniture, for antique dealers and interior designers, in a beautiful patina. Structurally sound, it has small drops in gilding and some signs of aging. Overall in good condition.
