Item description

Splendid decorative panel made on a large format semigres ceramic slab (45x45 cm). The work depicts a marina with moored fishing boats, rendered with an expressive and material style. The use of "high fire" glossy polychrome enamels guarantees an eternal and unalterable chromatic brilliance over time. Author: Valentina Valentini (third fire signature at bottom left). Technique: Manual painting on high-resistance industrial ceramic support. Support and Assembly: The back reveals a complex technical structure, with the ceramic slab fixed on a wooden reinforcement frame to support its significant weight (approximately 4 kg). Frame: Precious original "cassette" frame in deep solid wood, complete with material passepartout in raw canvas, typical of excellent Italian craftsmanship of the turn of the century. Dimensions: 45 x 45 cm (ceramic only). Total size with upper frame. State of conservation: Excellent. Without chips or restorations.
