Splendid original watercolour by Maestro Alfredo Beatrice (Naples, 1934 - 2013), a well-known Campanian view painter famous for his "architectures of memory". The work depicts an evocative period scene with carriages and figures in a historic square (probably Piazza Dante in Caserta), created with a light and refined painting technique that evokes the atmosphere of the late nineteenth century. The picture is complete with original frame and protective glass. On the back are preserved the original posters of the artist's exhibitions held between 1998 and 1999 at the "Galleria Scarlatti" in Naples and the "Circolo Nazionale" in Caserta, which certify his authenticity and exhibition history.
