A piece of true Italian gambling history. I am selling a splendid original Punto Banco (Baccarat) table from the 1980s, coming from the prestigious rooms of the Venice Casino. Made with the highest quality materials (manufactured by G. Abbiati - Turin, historic excellence in the sector), this table is a unique collector's item. It is the perfect furnishing element to embellish a private games room, a "man cave", an exclusive club or as a design piece with unmistakable charm. Features and Manufacturing: Structure: Massive and imposing, made of fine wood worked to perfection and perfectly polished, with the classic and elegant "bean" shape. Details: Shaped perimeter edge equipped with embedded brass cup holders and chip holder spaces. Components: The original slots for tips (drop box) and the card chute are present. Technical specifications: Height: 83 cm Width: 275 cm Depth: 155 cm Weight: Approximately 200 kg Item condition: Wooden and brass structure: In excellent condition. The joinery is solid, has no structural damage and the high gloss finish of the wood is still wonderful and is a testament to the high quality of the piece. Game Cloth: The original green/blue cloth has deep discoloration marks from exposure to sunlight. I would like to point out in particular an obvious stain in the shape of a "chip-collecting shovel" (rake), which remained resting on the table during the period of exposure, which "printed" its shape on the fabric. (Note: The cloth can be kept as is for those who love the "lived" charm of the historic object, or it can be easily replaced by an upholsterer to bring the table back to new condition).
