A large oval chandelier in the Empire style, richly decorated with crystals and brass inserts that enhance its decorative richness. The brass structure is embellished with rows of crystal octagons that descend from the upper crown to connect to the central crown. The central section is composed of a brass band set with faceted crystals, further enhanced by dangling prisms and glass leaves that run along the entire perimeter. from here, a cascade of rows of crystal octagons extends, gathering at the bottom, creating the characteristic hot air balloon shape. The ensemble of crystals, when illuminated by the internal bulbs, releases an extraordinary play of light and reflections, enhancing the brilliance of the Bohemian crystal and the warm hue of the brass. The chandelier was made in Italy in the mid-1900s and features 12 lights: 8 external E14 candles and 4 internal lights. The height can be increased by adding more links to the chain or shortened.
