Pair of English silver serving trays, George III style.

EP for Electro Plate (silver electroplating of metals), the initials JD&S stand for James Dixon & sons of Sheffield (one of the most important British manufacturers for silverware, the production of pewter, galvanic metal...), also represented by their specific trademark since the 19th century: the trumpet with flag. (date on which the owners' wedding was also celebrated)
On one of the two trays there is also another mark, which refers to Page Keen and Page of Plymouth (historic English silversmiths).
