Trolley in stained teak and birch with removable double-sided tray and slatted lower shelf.
Scandinavian serving trolley from the 1950s-60s characterized by a light and well-proportioned structure, typical of the modernist production of the period. The construction combines teak elements with stained birch parts, a frequent choice in post-war Scandinavian manufacturing. The upper surface consists of a removable tray, designed to also be used separately. The surface is double-sided: on one side it has a light laminate, on the other a wooden finish, allowing a visual variation of the surface. The laminate can be traced back to the production of the Swedish Perstorp group, widely used in post-war Northern European design. The slightly curved lower slatted shelf introduces a construction element typical of this typology, leaving the woodwork and executive quality visible.
