Rare Bar Cart or Mobile Bar with cylindrical wheels with a sliding door. Of Italian manufacture from the 1950s, it recalls the "cylinder" furniture of the Empire style period of the early 19th century.
Built mainly in mahogany wood, it has brass details: from the "gallery" that borders the upper support surface to the worked and chiseled profiles of the shelves and door stops, from the four feet that connect it to the wheels to the elegant railing of the surface for glasses and accessories such as, on the lower level, the beautiful circular support for housing 7 bottles designed to keep the bottles stable during movement, all hidden by a sliding door that opens to reveal the bar compartment internal. It is mounted on swivel rubber wheels with brass finishes, which allow it to be moved smoothly and silently. The interior is lined with brown leather. The vintage state of conservation is very good, with normal signs of aging; the door slides and closes perfectly and the four wheels work like new. With a unique design, it recalls Aldo Tura's models.
