Item description
Venetian trumeau from the mid-20th century. Double body cabinet in lacquered wood, gilded and hand painted with chinoiserie decorations of great quality. Lower body equipped with three exterior drawers (second drawer missing lock) of excellent capacity and calatoia. Interior of the flap complete with two side drawers and three compartments for documents. Upper body with two doors that offers inside two small drawers, a central door and two shelves of good service. Interior of the cove and doors in the upper body richly lacquered and painted in character (see photo). Furniture of exceptional decor and great impact, ideal to insert in a living room or study, of excellent proportion. Trumeau in beautiful patina, for antiquarians and interior decorators, which has small signs of time and some color falls. Complete with two working keys (upper body doors and cove), missing drawer keys. Furniture in the overall good state of preservation.
