This collector's flap dating back to the early decades of the 19th century stands out for its contoured lines and the sober charm typical of classic period furniture. The rough front and precious mirrors highlight the quality of the work and the care taken in selecting the wood grain, enriched by refined inlaid threads. The lower facade houses three large shaped drawers and a retractable understory drawer, while the folding door opens to reveal a scarab equipped with four small drawers and secret rooms dedicated to the storage of confidential documents.
