Large Mid-Century Rosewood Sideboard by Vittorio Dassi, Italy, 1950s
Stunning Italian sideboard designed by Vittorio Dassi in the 1950s. The structure is a unique piece composed by a long floating cabinet made of rosewood, supported by metal legs with brass feet, and the the left and right end doors are of ebonised wood finished with superb reeded details. It is in very good conditions of the period as the images show, refinished externally as much internally, it was recently been restored and is now ready to use. Minor flaws and light surface imperfections exist even if in 'very good' or 'restored' conditions, due to age and patina. Please do not expect 'like new' condition.
