3 Italian Mid-Century chairs with armrests by Vittorio Dassi, 50s

To your attention this exquisite and very rare set of three chair with armrests, defined by striking bold sculptural lines and robust structures made of teakwood, masterfully designed by Vittorio Dassi in the 1950s. These pieces are in very good vintage condition of the period, with the wooden surfaces restored and polished with shellac, in addition to the seats and backrests newly upholstered in dark blue velvet, enhancing both their elegance and comfort. Originally, this set of three chairs accompanied an important executive desk, so one of the chairs is suited for the person writing, as its armrests are less inclined compared to those of the other two chairs, which were instead intended for those seated facing the desk and thus have more inclined armrests.
