Item description

Handmade cast aluminium moulds. Composition composed of three moulds for hands: High, Medium, Small. The hands are numbered (the numbering is its measurement because it is a mould). The moulds are the structure that Gio Ponti later used to create his famous sculpture: The Hand. The moulds are made in the period immediately after the war. You can see some scratches from the use of the object but that is its beauty. Measurements of each hand: Tall hand: Height 53 cm Depth 8 cm Width 13 cm Medium hand: Height 47 cm Width 14 cm depth 8 cm Small hand: Height 38 cm width 13 cm depth 5.5 cm.
