Item description

Beautiful set composed of two small tables in black marquina marble designed by Angelo Mangiarotti, for the prestigious Skipper manufacture in the 70s. This series called "EROS" is certainly one of the most famous projects of the architect Mangiarotti and appreciated today by the historical design market, the series consists of different models of tables, all in marble characterized by the conical base with the particular joint on the top. The set consists of two tables of different sizes, one higher and one lower. The base, a truncated cone in turned marble, engages a round top in its appropriate seat. The small tables have a conical base that engages directly in the top, through a special slot. They have a semi-open oval shape near the base, forming two round fins that give them extraordinary elegance. The coffee tables are ideal to complete important and elegant environments, they are very rare pieces, protagonists of the environment, for true design professionals.
