Inlaid mahogany restoration secrétaire, Holland second quarter 19th century. Richly threaded and inlaid with leaf and flower motifs in maple on front and sides, in typical Dutch taste. Front with projecting drawer in band adorned with burnished bronze applications of Apollo and Diana, flap door concealing inlaid castle with 4 drawers, column uprights with gilt and chiseled sheet metal capitals, 3 drawers at bottom, iron feet. Original handles and vents, oak interior. In need of restoration.
