"Landeau" model sofa. Cassina production, Meda, Italy. Production from 1976 to 1991. Cover in raw linen fabric (code 134163) with leather profiles and hinges for joining the panels. Complete with cushions in the same fabric as the sofa. It is a classic Italian style sofa from the eighties which, thanks to its essential lines, retains the aspects of elegance and modernity. This two-seater version finds its place in many contexts both in the living area and in the sleeping area as well as in studios or offices. The sofa was purchased in 1980 (proof of purchase can be shown). It was placed inside a bedroom and never used as a sitting object but as a place to put clothes down during the night. From a structural point of view it is therefore healthy and consistent. Aesthetically it presents the inevitable signs of aging. The fabric has some shade variations due to sunlight. The leather of the hinges has age-related cracks. in the lower part of the seat on the right the fabric is slightly torn.
