Pair of cloisonné copper plates made in Japan during the Meiji period (1868-1912). Polychrome enamel specular decoration depicting a night landscape with Mount Fuji in the background and a flying dragon. Chrysanthemum-shaped poly-lobed border enclosing elegant decorations in muted tones within cartouches.
