Item description

Gilded bronze table clock made in France in the second half of the 19th century. Decorations with leaf scrolls and plant motifs. Enameled metal display with Arabic numeral hours surrounded by garlands of flowers. Finely openwork gilt bronze hands. Mechanism marked Planchon, Palais Royal; Japy Freres, Grande Medaille d'Honneur. Mechanism not tested.
