Pair of pink granite urn vases with gilded bronze appliqués, Napoleon III, France late 19th century. Removable lid with 'pinecone' grip, greek of acanthus whorls, berries and phytomorphic elements placed at the point of greatest circumference, profiling at the base. Each decorated with a pair of gilded bronze ram's heads acting as handles. Slight chipping.
