This extremely comfortable lounge chair by Bruno Mathsson, made by Dux, is an improved version of Pernilla from the 1960s (the original version was made in 1944). The armchair has a minimalist, organic design with a curved seat and backrest. It is made of curved beech plywood, canvas and a new natural sheepskin upholstery, which makes the piece extremely comfortable, perfect for long cold evenings with a book. Sheepskin has great anti-allergic properties and provides an electrostatic balance, which is very important in contemporary interiors full of artificial materials. Original Dux cover preserved. Overall, the Perilla chair is a beautiful and functional piece of furniture that embodies the Danish design philosophy of simplicity, functionality and quality. The excellent state of preservation offers overwhelming comfort! It is one of the most comfortable lounge chairs in history. Wood and canvas in original condition with slight traces of use.
