Item description

Secrétaire Charles X entirely panelled in mahogany and mahogany feather, also in the cabinet, France, second quarter 19th century. Marble top, front with drawer in the fascia, door concealing a scarabattolo with drawers and a large writing tabletop with morocco inlay, three drawers in the lower section. Scarabattolo embellished with ebonised elements. Interior in oak. Mouthpieces replaced.
