A five-door sideboard from the 1950s, made of precious mahogany essence with a central grissé door. The slender, streamlined line, the lack of continuity between the sides and the edges of the front doors, the thickly moulded crystal handles garnished with original screw covers in the same theme, give this piece of furniture an image of elegance and refinement attributable to the architect. Gianni Moscatelli.
Inside the central door are four handcrafted mahogany drawers, while the two pairs of side doors have rounded perimeter edges. The inside of the double doors, on the right and left, is mahogany; the legs are tapered and have brass tips. All doors are locked. Original hinges, keys and hardware. The sideboard is in need of restoration; presence of some woodworm on the grissin door and on the top. A rectangular table is available of the same model.
