A Neapolitan Luigi Filippo mirror from the first half of the 19th century, entirely carved, carved and gilded with gold leaf. The mirror is presented as a triumph of carved wood with a movement from bottom to top where all its finesse can be appreciated. The cymatium is a succession of rocailles volutes. Two feet with a roccailles motif contribute to the elegance and refinement of this splendid object. The mirror is made of mercury salt glass and is coeval with the wooden frame.
