Item description
Floor lamp with tulip lampshade and side table. Made of glass, golden metal and steel. The floor lamp is made up of a pink glass lampshade in the shape of a tulip, the stem of the tulip ends in a statue depicting a young girl carrying an amphora of water. The statue is made, like the entire stem, in golden metal. The statue of the girl rests on a round glass table, underneath it there is the base of the lamp. It has two functions, that of light and that of a table. Thanks to its support base it is ideal to place between two armchairs or in a corner of your rooms to give a touch of femininity typical of the Art Nouveau style. It is in an excellent state of conservation, functional and with no defects other than some slight signs of aging visible in the photos. The lamp presents the typical elements of the Art Nouveau style, but is not contemporary and can be dated to the 1980s. Art Nouveau, also known as Liberty style, an artistic movement that developed between the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century. Characterized by ornamental and dynamic lines that took inspiration from the floral world, Liberty found its maximum use and expression in its final period which is remembered as the Belle Epoque.
