Upcycled Danish teak hanging bookcase with desk, designed in the style of Poul Cadovius in the 1960s. It is a functional piece of furniture that can hold books, magazines and small decorative objects. A deep shelf can double as a desk, creating a pleasant work space in the comfort of home. Thanks to its size and thoughtful design, it can be a great addition to any bedroom or small living room. The shelves can be moved lower, higher and exchanged. The uprights, divided into four parts, allow for different settings, including parallel and semi-parallel configurations. The configuration depends on your preferences and needs. The unit has been upcycled: we used old and new parts to create a cohesive and harmonious look with matching colors. The wood has been preserved with layers of Danish oil to enhance the beauty of the grain. The shelf that can serve as a compact desk is 80 cm wide and 40 cm deep. Four shelves are 80 cm wide and 20 cm deep, one is 80 cm wide and 30 cm deep. The four wooden uprights are 100 cm long. The hardware is made of brass.
