Studio Line armchair by Jürgen Lange for Walter Knoll, 1970s. The high-quality black leather shows almost no signs of wear and is very pleasant to the touch. There is only one abrasion mark on the back and slight signs of wear on the edge of the rear right corner. The seating comfort is impeccable. The cubist character of this armchair is enhanced by the double side parts and gives the piece an exceptional look. The family-owned Wilhelm Knoll company was founded in 1865 and quickly became known for its high-quality leather furniture. From 1925 Walter Knoll was an important representative of the avant-garde and concentrated on the production of Bauhaus furniture.
