Original felt-tip drawing on the title page of the exhibition catalogue: Aldo Mondino: et in Africa ego / critical text by Antonio Del Guercio. – Turin: Paludetto, 1986. Exhibition held in Turin at the Paludetto Gallery. The catalog had a circulation of 1000 copies, the first 100 contained a drawing by the author. The drawing is dedicated "to my friend Nicola". The subject is part of the series linked to travels in the East which from Morocco continues to Palestine, where Mondino discovers the parallelism between prayer and the intensity of attention in painting in a conceptual way. In particular in the prayer exalted in the dances of the dervishes.
