French sideboard/showcase from the second half of the 19th century
in walnut wood with poplar interior.
The cabinet consists of a lower part
closed by two solid walnut doors
which give access to a large compartment divided in half by a solid shelf.
All completed by two drawers with central lock.
The upper part, used as a display case, is detached from the sideboard top
through a walnut panel decorated with frames and two turned columns,
which create a truly functional support space.
The showcase still retains its original glass and has, inside,
two shelves that divide the space into three compartments, ideal for glasses and cups.
The height, at the top of the sideboard, is 103cm and
the external width of the top is 35 cm.
Completely restored, with working locks and keys,
internal and external shellac polishing and wax finish
