Ancient Italian painting of the second half of the seventeenth century. Oil work on canvas depicting splendid bucolic landscape with figures and animals with grazing, of considerable pictorial quality. At the center of the composition we find cows, sheep and goats gathered around a mirror of water, next to them the shepherd turns to a washerwoman intent on cleaning the role. The archaic landscape, the presence of ruins and the chiaroscuro technique used refer to the landscape of the Roman school of the late seventeenth century. Cake of the nineteenth century in carved and golden wood, of beautiful decoration, with some signs of the time. Work already restored with Rintelo, replacement of the frame and color recovery in small points. Overall in good conservative state.
