Nice Lombard bedside table dating back to the end of the eighteenth century, in full Louis XVI style.
This furniture is distinguished by its elegant simplicity of the lines, typical of the period, enriched by refined innering processes that enhance its preciousness.
Materials and inlays: made of walnut wood, with a predominance of walnut paving and other wooden essences that create a warm and vibrant chromatic contrast.
The front has a finely inlaid door with geometric motifs and a elaborate fillet in Bois de Rose, Bosso and Carbica stucco, which frames a central panel.
An inlay along the edges of the front panel and upstairs with a "Greek" stylized waves, characteristic of the Lombard Abanisteria of the time.
The sides of the bedside table are also embellished with a inlaid frame, although with a more linear motif.
Structure and lines: the bedside table has a parallelepiped structure with a single openable front door, which reveals a spacious interior with a shelf.
