This is an elegant mid-century counter cabinet, with an elongated and distinctly linear design. Its structure is made of authentic teak wood, a material highly appreciated in Scandinavian Mid-Century Modern and gives the piece a rich, warm and dark grain, a symbol of sophisticated quality.
The piece of furniture is characterized by its triple division: a central compartment with double hinged door is symmetrically flanked on both sides by four superimposed drawers. The distinctive element with the greatest visual impact are the drawer fronts, shaped with a three-dimensional diamond motif, which captures the light and adds dynamism to the surface. Each drawer is finished with a slim horizontal metal handle.
The entire structure is supported by a series of tapered legs, typical of the design of the time, which streamline the silhouette and lift it gracefully from the ground. The leg ends are finished with brass feet. This piece, thanks to its teak design and original diamond workmanship, is a distinctive example of period craftsmanship that combines functionality and strong aesthetic impact.
