Item description

Spectacular and rare Dutch trumeau from the 20th century. The piece features an elegant serpentine and domed shape, richly inlaid on every surface, including the interior. It is a two-part cabinet with four external drawers. The flap opens to reveal a large inlaid writing surface, four small drawers, a central door, several document compartments and two false books that hide secret drawers. The upper part has two doors with a beautiful inlaid interior and three adjustable shelves. A highly decorative and prestigious piece, perfect for a living room or study, it rests on two front ball feet. The sides are decorated with refined floral urn motifs. The piece of furniture is in excellent general condition. Equipped with two keys.
