An alabaster sculpture of remarkable elegance and grace, clearly inspired by the famous subject of the "Baigneuse" (Bather) or "Venus at the Bath" by the neoclassical artist Étienne-Maurice Falconet (1716-1791), as also suggested by the signature "Falconet" visible on the base.
