Italian painting from the first half of the 20th century. Oil on canvas work, first canvas, depicting a portrait of a girl with fruit of good pictorial quality. Painting that develops vertically, of good brightness, characterized by colors that are still bright thanks to the protection of the front glass which has preserved it well. Work signed lower right (see photo), signature under study.
Painting inspired by Charles Chaplin's Portrait of Miss W. from 1869, now exhibited at the Musée d'Orsay. Unlike the famous painting, in this work, the painter has inserted fruit instead of the cat (see photo). Wooden and plaster frame with various drops of color and signs of aging, to be restored or replaced. Canvas in good condition. Overall, the painting is in a fair state of conservation.
