Description: Ancient bookcase/sideboard in fine exotic wood with expertly chiseled gilded bronze elements. The lower part is characterized by two doors highlighted by bronze vents with adjustable shelves inside with a ladder system. Above the lower doors there is a bronze hardware which incorporates two drawers embellished with its bronze keys. The upper part is characterized by two glass doors with internal shelves adjustable via a ladder system. The hat is embellished by the presence of a beautiful gilded bronze band with a leaf motif. Provenance: 19th century France. Measurements: 140x45 H220cm. Condition: Restored by our master craftsmen with the traditional handmade shellac and alcohol method.
