Blown and incamiciato Murano glass vase by Carlo Nason, 80s
Lemon green glass vase and white interior produced in Murano between 1980 and 1985. Signed on the bottom. The design is linear and simple but very proportioned and elegant, pleasant also the shade of green. The vase was produced in Murano with the technique of glazing (incamiciatura), which consists of superimposing on the glass mass, in the first phase of processing, one or more successive layers of glass of various colors. The glazing is thin glass, generally characterized by a double glass layer.
