Art Deco mahogany secretary, France, early 20th century. Structure with three lower drawers, connected by an apparently unique vertical cylindrical metal handle, a typical element of the deco taste. The upper part is equipped with a flap that conceals a refined interior organized with compartments and dividers for documents. The entire piece of furniture is veneered in light maple, creating an elegant color contrast with the mahogany. The base is embellished with an ebonized wooden foot, while the top has an insert in Portoro marble, recessed into the veneer, which adds a touch of value and refinement. Furniture of great formal balance, sober and elegant, perfectly representative of French Art Deco design. Dimensions: H 134 cm. X 70 cm. X 45 cm.
