Item description

Mid-20th Century French Sideboard. Napoleon III style cabinet richly inlaid in mahogany, walnut, maple, bois de rose, ebonized wood, beech and fruit woods and adorned with gilt and chiseled bronze and brass. Sideboard with three doors and three drawers of excellent capacity. Central door equipped with fake key that serves as a knob to facilitate the opening (see photo). Cabinet complete with a working key (for the side doors). Top in original marble of excellent quality and good service (see photo). High-impact and beautifully decorated salon or study sideboard for decorators and lovers of antique-style French furniture. Shows some signs of wear, overall in good state of preservation.
