Lacquered wooden case with handles and locks

Vintage wooden trunk with reinforcing slats on the sides and lid,
used to carry clothing during long trips or moves.
Paper has been placed inside so as not to ruin the contents
Externally a metal handle for each short side
useful for facilitating its handling.
The edges and corners reinforced with nailed metal foil and
the wooden slats on the sides and the lid
made it solid and impact resistant.
There is a missing lock and the locks are not working.
Decorative object preserved in its state of use,
unrestored
