An impressive set of four Mito T 70 chairs, designed by Carlo Bartoli in 1969. Crafted from curved solid wood and black lacquered curved plywood, they represent one of the most significant examples of Italian research into organic furniture between the late 1960s and early 1970s. The continuous structure and essential profile create a sculptural silhouette of great formal balance, in which construction technique and aesthetic experimentation blend in a rigorous and contemporary style.
