Item description

This classic Flos Taraxacum 88 S1chandelier was Installed in a major London recording studio's reception in 2005. It was then professionally de-installed, packed and then removed into climate controlled storage in 2014. Supplied with a full set of 60 globe lamps and 10 spare lamps. Designed by Achille Castiglioni in 1988, this chandelier is a modernist and industrial style ceiling light suitable for various occasions such as entryways, foyers, living rooms, lounges, and dining rooms. This polished stainless steel chandelier features a clear light colour and incandescent lighting technology, with 60 lights and a power consumption of 1000W. The chandelier has a spherical light direction and a unique icosahedron-based polyhedron structure shape, making it a striking and stylish statement piece for any indoor space. Made by the prestigious manufacturer Flos in Italy, this chandelier is a timeless and elegant addition to any home. As shown in the pictures the chandelier can be connected as a top half dome or a bottom half dome or a complete sphere. To convert to LED globe lamps all that is required is to change the lamps - no electrical rewiring is required.
