Item description

Old French painting from the 18th century. Oil painting on canvas depicting a particular still life with hunting scene of excellent pictorial hand. Painting of exceptional size and impact rich in decorative elements, animals and floral decorations. Work that develops vertically adorned with antique frame, carved, chiselled and gilded, modified during the twentieth century (see photo). Light-coloured painting of fabulous decoration, for antique dealers, interior decorators and collectors of paintings with hunting trophies. Painting that has undergone a conservative restoration, re-tinting, replacement of the frame and restoration of the colour in several places (see photo). There is a small lack in the upper right-hand frame (see photo). Given its age, overall in good state of preservation with some signs of time. Painted light H 192 x W 128 cm.
